Terms of Service

Vocalyra provides digital language-learning tools, including AI-guided speaking, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and practice activities. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for using the service lawfully.

Paid plans provide access for the purchased billing period. Features may be improved or updated over time. Vocalyra is an educational aid and does not guarantee a specific test score, fluency level, academic result, or employment outcome.

Privacy Policy

Vocalyra may process account information, learning preferences, practice activity, progress data, device or technical information, and support communications as needed to operate and improve the service.

Payment information is handled by the applicable payment provider. Vocalyra does not need to store your full card number. Information is not sold to advertisers. Data may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate, secure, support, and process payments for the service, or when required by law.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an auto-renewing subscription at any time through the billing provider or subscription-management method used for your purchase. Cancellation stops future renewals.

Unless otherwise required by law or the payment provider, paid access remains available through the end of the current paid billing period. The 3-day card-free trial ends automatically and does not require cancellation.

Refund Policy

Except where required by applicable law, completed subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins. If you believe you were charged incorrectly or experienced a material billing problem, contact Vocalyra so the issue can be reviewed.

Purchases processed by an app store or third-party payment provider may also be subject to that provider's refund rules and procedures. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
